Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful one-week stay at the First Class Apartment — everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better, just a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. The pool was fantastic, and the views were truly breathtaking — especially in the evenings. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A special thank you to our host, Mohsin, who was exceptionally accommodating, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt right at home. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definetly reccomend it.

Pros: The property is in a great spot, just a short 10–15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall and metro station. We really liked the pool with the views of the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain show are stunning. It’s the perfect place to relax with an amazing view.

Cons: Be aware there is 24/7 construction right across the street (however this is common in most places as Dubai is growing). It was too noisy to use the balcony or open windows, and we could hear it even inside.

Pros: Great stay at Grand Signature Residences! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Special thanks to Cristina, the concierge — she was incredibly helpful, always available, and welcomed me warmly upon arrival. Excellent service!

المكان جميل وفي عماير يبنون اعمار واحنا جلسنه في الطابق 18 كانت الاطاله على الايراج الخلفيه من برج خليفه ومسبح تحت مقابل

Pros: المكان قريب على برج خليفه وراقي بس ياريت يخلون مسبح نسائي خاص للمحجبات

Brutálne ubytovanie pod Burj khalifou

Pros: Vynikajúca lokalita , pár krokov od Burj khalifa . Infinity bazén a výhľad priamo na fontány bol úžasný . Do Dubaja chodíme každý rok a čo to už máme pobehané a tento apartmán bol naozaj fantastický. Ale skôr pre 2 osoby ak chcete mať dostatok priestoru . Cristina bola veľmi ochotná vždy ak sme niečo potrebovali , ďakujeme . Určite sa sem ešte radi vrátime .
