Stay in the #1 Burj & Fountain View 4BR Apartment

Pros: Cosy and a very clean accommodation with a great view and atmosphere. One thing that was missing was the dishwasher, but apart from that, all great.

Pros: The view of downtown from the apartments balcony and floor to ceiling windows were stunning. Even though we came when the fountain was under maintenance the Burj and surrounding buildings were amazing. The apartment is clean and spacious and walking distance to the mall and attractions

Cons: The apartment itself was fantastic for everything that we needed. The wifi could have been better, but that could have been because everyone was using it at the time.

Pros: This apartment exceeded all expectations. The space is very large, beautifully laid out, and impeccably clean, making it feel comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the apartment is clearly very well maintained. The highlight is without a doubt the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, especially in the evening — truly unforgettable and one of the best views you can experience in the city. Waking up and enjoying this panorama is something special. The apartment is bright, quiet, and well equipped, offering everything needed for a perfect stay, whether for business or leisure. The building and location are excellent, with easy access to key areas of Dubai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for space, comfort, cleanliness, and a spectacular view. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The balcony view if the Buj and the fountain was amazing.

Cons: No flexibility of check-in, check-out time even though you offer to pay. But this is the case of almost all accommodation bookings.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, and outstanding service.

Pros: The location was perfect; just a short walk to Dubai Mall with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Adam, the property manager, was extremely kind and professional, making check-in and our overall stay smooth and enjoyable.

In general this is an apartment not a hotel and make sure that you are not getting a room service. It is almost 5 star a
