Courteous staff, good location, excellent location.

Pros: You can cross a foot-overbridge and reach Zabeel Park and Dubai Frames. If you are lucky, you can get a room with combined views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frames and enjoy some city views. Excellent support from hotel staff to view new year's fireworks at Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frames. Recommended for family.

Cons: Rooms are old; curtains are not easily movable and are not fixed for some reason - same was notified during previous stay long time back.

Pros: The rooms are spacious, clean and housekeeping are very hardworking and prompt, The reception staff are very pleasing and always smiling and Mr. Shabeer is very helpful and pro-active !

I'd highly recommend stay for anyone especially families

Pros: The room was incredibly spacious. We really felt at home in a really great location. It exceeded all expectations from the reception and hotel staff to the immediacy in response to requests.

Cons: I suppose some more thought could be put into necessities required in the kitchen but otherwise all good.
