Good hotel for the price I paid

Pros: Good location near Burjuman station. The hotel employees were very nice and kind.

Cons: Although my room was clean I saw a few cockroaches. Breakfast was good but no much variety and the food was mostly oriented to local and Indian guests.

Pleasant stay

Pros: We had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this property. My parents came here for a visit and they liked their stay. Room is spacious. Beds and pillows are soft(the extra beds - not that soft). Staffs are courteous and friendly. They attended our needs, took care of our deliveries when we were out. It is a 3 star hotel so please don't expect that you'll get a 5 star treatment but they sure did their level best to make our stay worthwhile. Kudos to the housekeeping in our floor, Mustaqem (if I remember it right) as he knew how to keep everything neat and tidy the way we wanted it.

Cons: Some rust on the bathroom and peeling on the leather of the sofa (not a big deal and didn't affect our stay). Oh, and the remote on the living room.. one of the buttons were not working (reported it on our early days stay) and it was supposed to be for repair. We left without getting it repaired.
