Pros: The whole Team were helpful and friendly, when ate in the restaurant I had an enjoyable meal. Yes its low budget, but very good value for money. I was very happy with my stay here.

Excellent Guest Service

Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent..Outstanding service.

Cons: The room was outdated..it could use a touch up of paint and a new cooking stove. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling.

Location is best to connect Indian food

Pros: Nice property and location is also nearby metro connection

Pros: Front desk man was so nice maybe he was a manager he gave me the room before check in time and let me stay over time cause I had a flight that day and he told me that I can stay so good people and nice service

Wonderful stay, Perfect Home Away from Home in Dubai

Pros: Excellent location near ADCB Metro, Spinneys and HSBC, which makes getting around and sorting everyday errands very easy. The property décor is a bit dated, but everything is spotlessly clean, comfortable and a very good size. The apartments come with a full kitchen and all appliances, so I could cook, wash and iron, enjoying the convenience of home while travelling. There is also convenient on-site parking. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe and comfortable here. It’s a very quiet building, ideal for a good night’s sleep, and staff are consistently professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping, especially Mr Chandra, was a real highlight: the apartment was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day, and two bottles of water left in the room each day as an added touch. Overall, it offers an excellent balance between hotel-style comfort and the practicality of a home away from home. Unbeatable value for money in Dubai.

Cons: The only minor negatives were that my apartment on the back of the building wasn’t very sunny and the parking space was bit narrow.

Pros: Costumer service, the help at the reception was enormous, very kind, answered all of our questions. Very close to the metro station, so it allowed us to travel a lot. Very close to the shops, we loved it . Beautiful swimming pool at the roof with the lifeguard.

Cons: All was perfect.

Pros: Very convenient and may restaurants and super markets around the hotel , just few meters of walk to the ADCB metro.
