Great place to stay in Dubai

Pros: I have travelled in a bigger Group - Family of six including a child and retired parents. It has been a great experience in all dmensions. The whole Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Princess, at the reception, was the Star who welcomed us and greeted every day. I enjoyed our small conversations. Food is amazing, Apartment was huge and well equipped and clean. We truly enjoyed the stay. There is also a taxi company associated with the hotel who offers good deals, it is worth to talk to them and ask for the details. The owner is very friendly and willing to help.

Cons: Nothing, stay was exactly what we needed.

Pros: Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Everything exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well maintained, and comfortably spacious. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — the room was cleaned daily and the bed sheets were changed every day, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety and fresh options. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, cleanliness, and service. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Recommended, friendly and helpful staff, great rooms:)

Pros: The staff is very friendly, parking is included and the rooms are very clean. I need a hard matress and kt was very good. We all had good night rests. All the amenities are working and the breakfast is varied and good.

Cons: Nothing, if I can give a recommendation it would be, please increase the speed of the wifi, it can be very slow on certain moments. Aside olf that, all is great.

Cons: No Netflix it's bared....the Tv remote control are not working properly,and you cannot changed the temperature in the room it is set on an Auto mode....

Pros: The room size is large - plus it had a separate toilet - amenities were good, coffee and milk pods refreshed every morning. The staff area accommodating and polite. room was clean so too were the bedding and items in the unit , a true gem in the old Dubai area, the 24 hour convenience shops around make the self catering extremely easy. the entire stay was enjoyed by the whole family.
