Cheval Maison - The Palm

Perfect family friendly hotel in great location with friendly staff.

Pros: Great location on the palm, right next to mall. Very clean and spacious. Staff were amazing, especially Michelle, Chahinez, Norbert, and Ali. The lifeguard at the pool was friendly and so kind to kids. Perfect family hotel.

Cons: It was all good.

Amazing!

Pros: My husband and I absolutely LOVE staying at the Cheval Maison. It feels like a home away from home. All the staff are so kind and wonderful and they even remembered us from our previous stay which felt special. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything and the rooms are spacious and super comfortable. Thank you Cheval Maison and see you next time! :)

Excellent as always

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. The location is superb. Cheval maison is like my second home. I have been there so many times and will keep on coming as long as their service is excellent.

Cons: The price was exorbitant but I understand that it was New Year’s Eve.

perfect stay in dubai

Pros: the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great staff with amazing attention to details. The room was sparkling clean and the beds super comftable. Perfect location right next to the mall. Highly recommend !

Cons: the sofa bed in the living room was not comftable to sleep on.

Pros: A very clean, tidy, friendly, spacious serviced apartment.

Wonderful

Pros: Location, very friendly staff, very clean facilities and lovely breakfast menu

Pros: Staff at the reception were very friendly especially Ms. Barsha, she was absolutely lovely. Very helpful and gave us all the information we required.

Cons: I had no idea that pets were allowed, so that for me was disappointing as we pray in the room and to know that dogs are allowed put me off.

Fantastic apartment as advertise ‘luxury’

Pros: We had a fantastic stay. The location was excellent, and our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for the four of us. We made full use of the facilities and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was modern and thoughtfully designed, with lots of small touches that made our stay more comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with the right equipment, and we also appreciated the smart TV feature that allowed us to cast from our phones—something you don’t always find. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily return.

Cons: The ground-floor restaurant had only recently reopened. We would have preferred traditional room service for breakfast, but the option available was delivered in takeout containers, so we chose to dine in the restaurant instead

Pros: Big, clean, and comfortable room equipped with a good kitchen. A mall is in the next building, so you can easily buy and cook food. There is a dishwasher included. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Just a few unimportant details: - The room lacks individuality; it has a typical black-and-white design. - The frying pan is not very good; everything sticks to it. Overall we liked the room.

Amazing!

Pros: My husband and I visit Dubai several times a year and this was by far our favourite stay so far! The building is clean, smells amazing and all the staff are so kind and friendly. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable and the daily housekeeping is fantastic! The location is perfect with everything you need just walking distance away. We will stay here every time we return to Dubai! :)
