Ultra Luxury Palm Tower with Shared Hotel Facilities

Great hotel experience

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel,The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a stunning ocean view. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. A fantastic choice for both business and leisure travellers. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: Nothing, all is great

Pros: The location was perfect. Food was delicious and close to restaurants and beach bars. Rooms were.clean and the view was beautiful.

Cons: Didn't have anywhere to leave our bags however they were very accommodating and managed to get a member of staff to lock them.away for a few hours.

Pros: !!!!Be careful when you book! I paid for a better room than I got the different one!!! It was literally a scam!!! Booking lied to us!! So be careful!!!!! The hotel is great but they scammed us!!!

Pros: The location was excellent direct access to Al Nakhla shopping mall. The view from the room was amazing. Great facilities.The best 5 star+++ breakfast. Great value stay :))

Cons: 1-even though the tower is shared with 5 star hotel the Regis and I could use the facilites but unfortunately no room service available. 2-I paid fees for cleaning and actually and it is only provided 3 times per week beside I have to arrange 24hrs in advance !!! 3- It took long time for customer service to reply me through what app !!

Pros: Good location on Palm and attached to the mall with many food and shopping and service options

Luxury stay in the middle of the palm with Nakheel mall access

Pros: Expensive but excellent flat. Great cleaning and view. Access to the mall.

Cons: Expensive. No storage for luggage if you are traveling.

Everything I expected from this stellar host!!!

Pros: The apartment was exquisite, with a great view of the Palm Jumeirah area, including the Nakheel Mall, the view, and the marina. The property staff are so cooperative and no security deposit is required.

Cons: Initially the access card was not opening the pool area...but this was immediately fixed with a smile!

Convenient place for a short trip to Dubai

Pros: The place is conveniently located, the room was quite big, you can use infrastructure of St Regis hotel which is very convenient, it is close to Nakheel mall which has all necessary shops and activities

Cons: We had a sea view room which is not exectly the sea view you are planning to have, it is a street view with the sea behind it. We had some problems with entrance codes and cards which were resolved after by the staff. The biggest disadvantage is that it was no service of luggage storage they normally provide at the hotels, not with the additional fee. We had an evening flight and after our check out in the morning we had no possibility to leave our suitcases at reception. Also, it is very important to note that the beach access is not provided directly by St. Regis hotel, they just activate your guest card which is valid only during the week days (not on week ends) and you can use it in some local hotels and beach clubs subject to availability and using your own transport or a taxi service. We stayed only 3 days, two of which were week ends so we had just one day to use this service.
