Pros: Despite having visited Dubai many times, this brand-new villa exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally comfortable for our family of eight, including children. The location is conveniently close to drive to Dubai Mall or the Marina. Impeccably clean, the pool was well maintained, and all ensuite bedrooms provided comfort and privacy. What stood out most was the attentive and professional service from Peter and his team, who were responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay.

Pros: Staying at this villa was a wonderful experience for our whole family — four children, grandparents, and us parents all felt at home. The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and spacious enough for everyone to have their own comfort while still enjoying time together. The kids loved the pool, and evenings on the terrace became a special family ritual. Its location made exploring Dubai easy. A perfect balance of luxury and warmth — we would happily return

We had a wonderful stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this brand‑new villa. It was spotless, well‑furnished, and perfect for our group of six adults and two kids. The living and dining area quickly became our favourite spot to relax, with lovely views of the pool and surrounding greenery. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighbourhood is peaceful yet convenient, with easy access to malls and major highways leading to downtown, the Marina, and the airport. The owner was responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommended — we’d be happy to return.
