Stylish & Spacious Villa

Pros: This three-story villa in JVC was a fantastic experience, offering two living areas, the one on first floor comes with a billiard table, and spacious en-suite bedrooms—perfect for extended families or groups. We loved gathering in the generous dining and living are, the terraces are great for cooler times or very early morning. The well-equipped kitchen impressed my husband, while the plunge pool next door is great for the kids. Conveniently located, just 20 minutes to Dubai Mall and 15 minutes to Marina, this house was a top choice for our second comfortable Dubai experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this villa! It was clean, stylish, and I loved that each room had its own bathroom. The smart TV and outdoor spaces were great touches. Communication with Peter was easy. The location was perfect—just 20 minutes to Dubai Mall and 10 minutes to the Marina. Highly recommend!

Exceptional stay

Pros: Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the property manager, provided a warm and welcoming check-in, making us feel at home instantly. The villa itself is stylish, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The private terrace and front yard offered a lovely retreat, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms featured premium-quality beds and linens for an excellent night’s sleep. Bathrooms were spacious and well-stocked with amenities. Location-wise, it was ideal—getting to Dubai’s key attractions was seamless. Although there is a construction site (as everywhere in Dubai) we weren't bothered at all. This stay was a great success and we can't wait to return in November

Pros: We had an amazing time in this villa! The house felt like the perfect getaway for our plans, to gather, play, cook… enjoy time together. Lots of spaces, cool design, beds and sofas all super comfortable. Each of the five bedrooms comes with en-suite bathroom, giving us all the privacy we needed. The living room was great for hanging out, we used the terrace very early morning for coffee, the kitchen was great. Location wise ideal due to quick access to the highway going to Downtown or Marina, 2 parking spaces were appreciated. We only used the pool once for chilling in the water late evening, otherwise it’s not really a place to hang out. Construction side is close by but we learned it’s normal in Dubai which didn’t bother us at all. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The rooms were well maintained, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great—quiet, private, and convenient for getting around. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with the host was clear and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, the villa provided great value for money, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily book again in the future.

A Family-Friendly Haven

Pros: Traveling with five kids means we need plenty of space, comfort, and practicality, and this villa delivered on all fronts! Nestled in the well-connected JVC, it gave us the great balance between Marina and Downtown with its top sightseeing’s. The villa was spotless and thoughtfully designed, the layout was great for keeping an eye on the kids, mostly playing on the first floor living room with the billiard table. The fully equipped kitchen was another bonus, ( let’s be honest, eating out with five kids every night isn’t always ideal!). The owners hospitality and touches—like stocked essentials, local guides, and quick responses—made our stay super easy. For families looking for stress-free, comfortable, and well-located home base in Dubai, this villa is a fantastic choice. We’d happily stay here again!
