Pros: I am always really happy to stay at The H. We stay there every year since 2018. The hotel is really good and the staff is just great. A special thanks to Abdul Aziz who always greets me at arrival with a warm welcome. Also Remo from reception for his extra attention on check-out and Jahadul, from room service.

Cons: My room had a leak in the shower but they did try to fix it.

Pros: The room was spacious and bedding comfortable. Very helpful and professional staff. The food prepared by room service was delicious and well presented.

Cons: Everything was perfect. The communication about the payment during check in and check out could be more clear and less rushed.
