Very comfortable, spacious and nice room

Pros: Very nice room. Spacious and clean and very comfortable. Anytime again.

Cons: It was a little bit too loud on the weekend in the other rooms.

Pros: Mohammad , helmy ibrahim and lovely at reception are very helpul

Pros: Very friendly staff and very good breakfast I loved the variety that you have . I tred logging inwith my laptop onto the interent and your staff were very helpful in getting me set up

Pros: The location, the staff and the amenities . They upgraded me to a suite even! The bars at the ground floor is amazing place to hang out. Service is a bit slow though

Cons: At breakfast , they don’t register at first that I had already paid for the breakfast .But they corrected it within a min so not much of an issue.

Pros: Lovely is Very lovely. Cyrell is lovely and Helmy is as well. They always make sure my accommodation is comfortable and handle themselves with the utmost professionalism. They always greet me with the biggest smiles and curtesy. I’m a long time guest and will come back always owing to the staff and their treatments

Pros: A good hotel that provides a good stay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very professional, well noted in the breakfast room. Good location.

Cons: That digital payment is not acceptable, even though it was accepted online at the time of booking. Either cash or a physical card. There is an ATM, but if you don't have the physical card, it might be a problem. The shower's hot water was barely warm, even after waiting for a while. Though the sink faucet water was hot.

My stay was Awesome

Pros: Overall it was a very Good Experience staying at City Max Hotel Business Bay. The Room was very comfortable & all the staff was very courteous & cooperative.........also since breakfast was included in my Room so it was a wonderful experience...........Furthermore because of its central Location Movement through out Dubai was easy and convenient for me..........Will hopefully stay at this Property again whenever I visit Dubai again.......

Overall very good experience

Pros: Everything was good, cleanliness, staff and location. Just avoid 14th 15th floor as there is a restaurant/lounge bar on the 16th floor where they have parties(not everyday) and it could get little bit disturbing in the evenings.

Cons: Price was a bit high. I don't know if it was high season, but i checked and i could have gotten a room in a 5 star hotel in the same street with very minor difference.

Clean, functional, super fun bar on the ground floor.

Pros: All the important facilities worked as they should. Evrything was where it should be. Uncomplicated. Short drive to Dubai mall where we spent a lot of time. The bar downstairs had a great band.
