Pros: The staff played a huge role in making my stay so enjoyable. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names, but Ons is one I clearly remember. The girl who checked me in was absolutely fantastic – such great service and incredibly kind. In fact, all the girls were super sweet, welcoming, and always helpful.

Pros: I have been coming to Meydan Hotel for many years, even before the renovation, and it has always been one of my favorite hotels. I truly used to consider it among the best, which is why this recent experience was very disappointing for me.

Cons: Unfortunately, the room I was given after the renovation was not properly clean. Under the sofa, there was dust, dirt, artificial nails, and other strange items. Behind the table, I even found the cap of a water bottle. This level of cleanliness is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. In addition, the room lights were turning on and off every five minutes, which I believe indicates a technical issue. There were also insects in the room. To their credit, the staff quickly sent a housekeeping employee to remove them, and they kindly offered to change my room. However, it was already very late at night, and I did not want to disturb my child, so I decided to stay. Still, the overall stay was extremely uncomfortable. When I raised my concerns, I was told that perhaps I had opened the balcony door, which might have caused the issue. However, I checked in late at night and did not open or use the balcony at all. I am truly disappointed, especially because this hotel has always held a special place for me. I sincerely hope that the standards will improve, as I would love to see it return to the level it once was.
