In general I like it a lot

Pros: New spacious apartment in the luxurious complex next to the mall. Very convenient location (5-10 minutes walking to the Dubai mall through the bridge), nice facilities: pool kids playground.

Cons: The concierge staff were not friendly

Excellent to holidays in Dubai

Pros: The location is perfect. The parking space is close to the elevator. The common facilities are amazing. I recommend it.

Cons: Some smell from the pipes but nothing serious.

Pros: The location of the property was perfect close to all requirements you need. You can fill the Dubai heart from the balcony. All the furniture was new, clean and very comfortable. There is parking in the property.
