Pros: The location was great, opposite the Dubai Mall in the heart of the city

Cons: The house wasn’t fully equipped. No towels in the kitchen, not enough cooking utensils, no basics like milk, sugar, salt pepper. Also the main bathroom shower was blocked. No extra towels for the pool, if you wanted more towels you need to pay extra. We had to wait for the staff for half an hour to come down to the lobby to let us in when we arrived and she didn’t have good customer service.
