Pros: Beautiful apartment, attached to Dubai Mall, however in the most peaceful area with everything you could need and more!

Very comfortable living environment and extremely professional in relation to addressing customers’ requests

Great base for exploring Dubai

Pros: Vey convenient with direct access to Dubai Mall. It’s a 20 min walk to Dubai fountain. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The balcony had a nice city view

Cons: There are 2 towers with similar name. That was a bit confusing. The taxi dropped us at the wrong tower even though we went in and checked before letting him go. We could walk to the correct tower through the Carpark and then across the street, but it was unpleasant dragging our bags in the blazing heat. It was our mistake not the fault of the host but just something to watch out for

Pros: It is big enough for a couple. We were there for two months and it has enough appliances and is well equipped. It is nicely decorated. It is close to the DIFC and Downtown with direct access to Financial Centre Street and the Dubai Mall through a door in the sixth floor of the building. This was great for the summer time when going outside can be dreadful. Being able to access the Dubai mall without leaving AC was one of the best things about the accommodation for us. In any case, it is also close enough to the DIFC that you can walk there. Another top aspect was the responsiveness of the host whenever there was an issue with the accommodation. The pool in the building was also a highlight. For us it was also great that they allowed us to have our pet with us.

Cons: The area around the building is not the nicest to go for a walk outside and there are multiple building and road works going on but that is common in many parts of Dubai.

Pros: Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. wir haben viel Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Toller Tag und Nacht!! Unsern Aufenthalt in die Wohnung war absolut außergewöhnlich und eine direkten Zugang über Dubai Mall und Burj Khalifa . Der Gastgeber war großartiger , aufmerksam und wirklich engagiert, den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen, dass wir zu Hause fühlte und dass alles reibungslos verlief. Ich kann diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der Dubai besucht. Es war eine hervorragende Erfahrung, und ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.\

Cons: direkte Zugang über Dubai mall und Burj Khalifa und Metro!
