Great location great views some attention to detail by rental company is required
Pros: When we arrived we were stopped by security. We spent 30 minutes waiting for the rep to sort out the issue. The rep was not present. The rep was not aware the main reception was being refurbed either. The oven didn’t work and hob overheated quickly making using frustration. 1 water heater for the bathroom gave up after 5 days. The rep offered to send maintenance however I don’t think the problems were an easy fix in my opinion. The location was fab looking down the marina and the apartment is a good size and well appointed. The balcony is a good size too. Well located next to bridge to allow easy access to JBR

Pros: First the manager Mr.Sarabjeet who was very accomdative and attentive whenever we raised for any request. The location was great and apartment was clean and perfect for a family.
Cons: Just that it took us a while to get used the burners and few kitchen items are missing.Ther were provided on request but size wise bigger ones so for making tea we had to go out.

Perfect stay
Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a family and has everything necessary for cooking and washing. I liked the location of the apartment in a building overlooking the marina and the view of the marina from the apartment's balcony is beautiful, especially with the evening lights reflecting from the canal. My contact was through Mr. Sarbjeet Singh, who facilitated my access to the apartment and kept in touch with me during our stay, and I thank him for that. We will definitely come again in the future

Fantastic
Pros: Location was great. The view from the apartment was wonderful. The outdoor patio is very refreshing. Easy access from the road and quite close to the metro and tram. shopping and dining were within easy reach.
Cons: Please see to it that everything is functioning well between clients' use.

Fajne, duże mieszkanie z cudownym widokiem na Marinę
Pros: Bardzo duże mieszkanie idealne dla większych grup. Wygodne łóżka, bardzo dużo miejsca w szafach, dużo ręczników. Dwa pokoje i salon mają wyjście na balkon i widok na Marinę. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzebujecie - w tym w ręcznik papierowy, co jest bardzo miłym gestem, jest też pralka, a na balkonie suszarka na pranie. Na ścianie przed łazienkami jest przełącznik do włączenia ciepłej wody - my go nie zauważyliśmy i 2 dni braliśmy mocno letni prysznic :D Na 3 piętrze jest duży, podgrzewany basen rekreacyjny i cieplutkie jacuzzi, wszystko czynne od 10 do 22. Dookoła basenu są leżaki. Po drodze do mieszkania nie napotkacie żadnych schodów, są podjazdy i jest szeroka winda. Do mieszkania przynależy miejsce postojowe, ale nie korzystaliśmy. Do atrakcji Dubaju nie jest blisko, trzeba podjechać, ale widok wieczorem z balkonu jest tego warty. Blisko bloku jest fajny pub sportowy i piekarnia, polecam odwiedzić obydwa.
Cons: Za mało papieru toaletowego - tylko w jednej łazience była dodatkowa rolka. Można rozważyć udostępnienie większej liczy kart dostępowych, jedna karta na 5 osób to trochę mało.

Unforgettable holiday
Pros: Everything. Spacious. Very good location Clean Amazing unforgettable view to Dubai Marina. Appartment itself was just what I needed, cozy, and ideally situated. Absolutely perfect for our holiday.
Cons: That i can not buy this Heaven.

Квартира удобная, но на 10 баллов она не тянет.
Pros: Вид на Марину и наличие душа в каждой спальне. Просторная гостиная. Две спальни с приятным дизайном ( всего 3+комната без окна д/ няни/прислуги). Бумажный большой рулон полотенец на кухне порадовал. На первое время есть туалетная бумага.
Cons: Заселили на полчаса позже, т.к.не успели убрать квартиру . Можно освежить кухню, в ней мало света ( она без окна), помыть фасады кухни. В перечне были указаны утюг и детский стульчик, написали объекту, ждали 3 дня ( с постоянными напоминаниями ).
