Pros: Property size and location and cleanliness were all spot on

Generally a very pleasant and relaxing family stay.

Pros: Great location. Only 5 mins walk to JLT metro and 15/20 mins walk to JBR. Lovely large pool which was often empty or few people. Onsite gym. Smart TV enabled us to steam our usual shows.

Cons: Third bedroom was smaller than expected. BBQ, games room (which had pool table) and tennis courts were for resident use only so shouldn’t be advertised as part of the facilities.

Pros: You need only couple of words to describe The Waves 241 : Aymen& Asma - you are two amazing people, home renters that we have ever met! Your apartment was just fabulous and your good energy, your kindness and attention to any question was just amazing. Thank you for everything! We had such a wonderful time at your place and straight on the beach with all the colourful surroundings and those beautiful sunsets in the evening:) thank you and for sure we will definitely see again! A wonderful stay in the Dubai Marina

Pros: Very well located and well equipped, this apartment was a great place to end our vacation in Dubai. Aymen was super flexible and helpful and attentive. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. It’s on the 24th floor and you get some pretty nice views of the water and surrounding area. The only real downside was that there was some construction going on upstairs and also at the main entrance so we had to leave and enter the building via the garage.

Great location and well equipped apartment

Pros: Good sized apartment for family of 5, en-suite to each bedroom was a bonus. Excellent location for marina and beach.apartment well equipped as was the complex, nice pool and fitness facilities.

Cons: Could do with a few more coffee mugs, needed hot water instructions, was it on a timer? Needed to keep turning on and off to get hot water.

Excellent location. Great views from the balcony. Shame about the aircon not working.

Pros: The location was outstanding. Perfect for access to the marina facilities and transport. Most things were within walking distance. 24hr mini market less than 50m from the building Staff were very polite and helpful

Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work. We reported it to the owner who passed it onto maintenance. Unfortunately it was not repaired before we left which led to the rooms being too hot for us to have a good restful sleep. Some minor repairs inside would have lead to us giving it a 10.

Highly recommend this comfortable apartment!

Pros: Fantastic location, overlooking Dubai marina harbour, and only a few minutes walk to the metro and an easy 10 minute stroll to Jumeirah Beach. Restaurants are also within a few minutes walk. Everything we needed was there and supermarkets next to the property provided essentials anyway. Aymen, our host, was excellent- he maintained great communication and provided a welcoming large bowl of fresh fruit and bottles of wine. The apartment is wonderfully light/airy and comfortable and I highly recommend it. We used the lovely swimming pool and gym, and there are also a steam room and sauna. Security at reception was also very good. Price-wise, it is very good value for money in comparison to other options and we appreciated having an entire apartment at our disposal. Thank you Aymen for providing a fab place for us to enjoy an amazing holiday!

Pros: The apartment was large and bright and very comfortable. Aymen the host was very accommodating and was extremely prompt at responding to queries we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was close to the Marina walk and supermarkets and the beach. We loved our stay at The Waves.

Great place to stay for our family of 5 and the host Aymen was fantastic.

Pros: Great property for our family of 5. It had everything we needed. Right on the marina, close to the beach and close to the trains and trams. The host Aymen was fantastic and he allowed us a very long extended check out.
