The Waves by DAMAC

Perfect apartment stay. We loved it!

Pros: The location was perfect. Right by the marina and 5/10 minute walk to JBR with all of the restaurants, bars and beach. The pool and jacuzzi were great too. Very clean apartment with everything you need. 100% recommend. We will be back! Ahmad was really helpful with showing us into the apartment and messaging me if I needed something. Thank you.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in these apartments with my friends. All is clean and convenient. Ahmad is nice and friendly. Thank you very much for our pleasant experience in Dubai.

Comfortable apartment with good location

Pros: The apartment was tidy and comfortable with all the facilities needed. Only few steps from dubai marina and the metro station. The host- Bob was very kind and helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Spacious apartment fully equipped near to Marina

Pros: The property is at a very good location has a spacious area, good facilities around and equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning etc. whatever is needed during a stay. Had a view of marina from kitchen window which was quite a nice surprise. Had a nice balcony which made the stay pleasant. The guest executive Ahmad provided us with a new hoover for our use during the stay since old one was not functioning.

Cons: The instructions from gust executive was not complete such as hot water switch was not mentioned, thus needed to find and switch on after taking a cold shower. The safe box in the house was locked and the guest executive mentioned it was locked by previous family which didn’t help me as a new guest. The security deposit is relatively high for a flat.

Pros: The best apartment!!! The stuff is exceptional , especially AHMAD! 😍 Thank u !

Great location for Marina( we had a view of it from balcony),JBR Beach and shopping, lots of eateries and supermarkets a

Pros: Awesome pool that was heated so kids and I loved it!

Cons: Needs a new shower spray head, current one is faulty

Very good value for money

Pros: 1. Location - perfectly placed, close to beach, restaurants, food shops, metro station DMCC. When I mean close, you have to consider the size of the city, but 5-20 minutes of walking is very convenient 2. Price/quality ratio - good price for Dubai, considering the location 3. Good apartment, spatious, with nice view on two sides, from 9th floor. Clean, no smells. 4. Good staff and communication, Ahmad available timely, helped with early check-in, thank you. We recommend

Magnifique

Pros: L’appartement était très bien situé, l’appartement était grand et spacieux, et le personnel était très accueillant. La piscine très agréable, le parking également, un pur plaisir.
