Very enjoyable place in a very convenient location and good amenities

Pros: Great location near the Dubai Marina and the tram which prove very helpful, very good facilities- comfortable flat, WC and bathroom, comfortable living room and bedroom. As a flat resident we had access to the swimming pool, gym and playspace. Safe building with consierge at all times

Cons: The property could benefit from a dishwasher, but this was secondary
