Very good place to stay

Pros: The apartment was very nice everything is close to you and easy to move

Cons: Renovation is required for the furniture and bathroom. The parking lot was narrow and difficult to move with a big car.

Pros: We really enjoy our stay in the apartment. All staff was in the flat, even the coffee and sugar. The host Kristine helped us in the emergency situation and immediately came to us. The metro is 5 minutes walk, beach is 10 minutes walk. All necessary shops, supermarkets, pharmacy are near the apartment

Pros: The location is perfect- close to the beach, Marina walk, dmcc subway, public transport. The apartment itself is cute, cozy and clean. Very spacious. Needs a bit of refreshment (walls and bath) but in general is modern and equipped with everything needed for the comfortable stay of a group up to 6 people . Though please think of additional enter cards for the building - it’s a bit complicated to have only one card for more than 2 people with different schedules :) Thanks a lot for hospitality and service to the management )

Pros: Výborné umístění blízko metra a pláže. Obchody i restaurace v blízkosti. Čistý bazén, který jsme nestihli využít. Prostorný apartmán s balkonem a posezením, dobře vybavená kuchyň. Vstřícná a rychlá komunikace s majiteli, výborná wifi. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Pros: Skvělá klidná lokalita = Metro (DMCC) 3 min pěšky, pláž (JBR) 5 min pěšky, super obchod s potravinami (Al Maya supermarket) 1 min pěšky v obchodě je i bankomat, vedle obchodu specializovaná prodejna s alkoholem. Velmi dobrá domluva s hostitelem. Check in online, přístup do apartmánu přes kód zaslaný předem. Bazén čistý, byl přítomen i plavčík. Pro bezpečnost byla 24h u vchodu ostraha. Prostě vše OK, rad se vrátím.

Cons: Chtělo by to o něco lepší úklid.
