Pros: Incredible view! Just a minute walk to tram station. Very easy access to all must-see destinations in the area. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

Pros: Great location, in fact it was in front to the tram station that brings you easily to the rest of Dubai Marina and to the Metro station. Fantastic views to Palm Jumeira and when weather permits, one could see the distand Burj Khalifa. Clean and tidy, and in walking distance to Dubai Marina. Swimming pool staff very friendly and the Gym can handle every demanding client! Sauna is also an option, both traditional and modern. The building itself is one of the most significant swinging hi-rises in Dubai, with 80 floors total.

Pros: Apartment was very spacious and had a great view(the palm); parking was included; close to dubai marina, close to supermarket, close to the beach, internet&neflix, instructions to check-in and check-out were excellent

Cons: Apartment needs some maintenance overall(some sewer smell was present from time to time)

Pleasant stay.

Pros: Our stay in this apartment was a pleasant one. It is very well located, close to Barasti beach (attention, young people under 21 are not allowed on this beach), supermarkets, pharmacies, Dubai Marina, restaurants,etc... The beds are comfortable and pillows also. We only used one of the two sofas in the living room, so I can’t say anything about the other extensive couch. We were asked to pay 60 AED in cash for city tax. We received a bottle of water upon our arrival. Good WiFi.

Cons: In general, the apartment is clean, but it needs some improvements. The curtains in the bedroom are detached and very dirty. The shower curtain is extremely dirty and moldy! The view from the balcony, although it is a beautiful one, you cannot enjoy it enough, because there is constant noise from the huge air conditioner of the around building. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, and the noise can also be heard while staying at the pool, which can be disturbing.

Perfect short stay apartment

Pros: Likes - The location and the view is unbeatable. Although it is close to roads on the map, you are so high up that you can not hear the traffic. The host/s are

Cons: Not the fault of the hosts but waiting for the elevator was slightly annoying especially during peak hours. But everything else was good.

Pros: Very good location. Excellent view. Efficient staff. Security of building and privacy. There were a few maintenance problems, which could have happened anywhere. Staff was responsive and tried their best to help.

Cons: Toiletries, kitchen essentials, and bathroom slippers need improvement. Bad odour due to some building maintenance problem.Hopefully, this will be resolved before the next guest.

Beautiful amartment with breathtaking view

Pros: Apartment is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. It exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable. The view from the balcony is even better than on the pictures. Hosts were very welcoming and were there to help us with any questions we had. If you’re comming to Dubai, you must stay at this beautiful apartment.
