A nice and spacious apartment with stunning views

Pros: The apartment building is nicely located at the beginning of JBR street, which allows to exit the apartment by car without having to get stuck in traffic. The apartment itself was very nice, high floor, spacious and with stunning views on Bluewaters and the Palm. The terrace was big and had two sunbeds and also outdoor furniture like sofas and table. The living room was also spacious, the sofa looked nice but wasn't that comfy, but still a very nice layout. The pool area was also great, with nice sunbeds and an infinity pool that was very relaxing. Without a doubt the best place to stay in JBR, and we tried a lot over the years.

Cons: We couldn't sleep in the master bedroom as there was a strong smell of humidity, probably due to some leak? We noticed some humidity stains on the wall next to the bed so it seems there's some structural damage. Luckily we are traveling as a couple so just used one of the other bedrooms to sleep. Still a bummer as the master bedroom is a bit nicer than the other two bedrooms (with a bigger bathroom and private balcony), which were also spacious. Still would recommend and would come back, hopefully they will fix this issue next time.
