Superb - location great team

Pros: Great location, book residence with the ocean view. It was amazing, had a great new year. The property sits on the JBR. Rafiq was just a call away over WhatsApp… he and the team were really quick in attending to small things like toaster not working, before you know it someone from his team came and fixed it

Cons: Everything was superb, a bit more pressure for the water in the bathroom would be good.

Perfect location, beautiful view

Pros: Perfect location, beautiful view from the 30th floor, cleanliness, air conditioning in every room which is great when you have kids. Sufficiently equipped kitchen, good wifi, 2 balconies. And a big thank you to Mr Rafiq, he was very helpful with everything, we had an early morning departure with Mr Rafiq ready at 4. Thank you very much.

Pros: Amazing see view good location every 2nd day clean service included

Pros: The apartment was clean, spacious, had a beautiful view. The property itself is perfectly situated on JBR. The staff, including Tufel are excellent. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.
