Great, marvellous, excellent

Pros: The host was so helpful whatever we asked for he helped immediately. Location is just great, close to both beach and public transport. The area is full of entertainment venues.

Cons: As it's a popular area the road traffic is nearly always stuck so coming home is easier with public transport than with taxi

Pros: Проживали в апартаментах трое взрослых, места достаточно для кратковременного пребывания. Апартаменты чистые, полностью экипированная кухня: большой холодильник, посудомоечная и стиральная машинки, кофемашина, столовые приборы, капсулы кофе, порционные сливки и таблетки для ПММ. В общем холле напротив грузового лифта находится мусоропровод. Вход в ЖК осуществляется через пост охраны. Удобно бесконтактное заселение, ключи от апартаментов находятся в боксе с кодовым замком. На территории ЖК работает круглосуточный супермаркет, имеется плавательный бассейн. ЖК расположен на оживленной улице с множеством ресторанов и магазинов.

Cons: При открытом балконе очень шумно: в течение дня шум идет с детской площадки, расположенной во внутреннем дворе, ночью от дороги, на которой пробки сохраняются до глубокой ночи. Учитывая густонаселенность района, по ночам в выходные музыка (вероятно, из клубов или ресторанов) слышна даже при закрытом балконе.

Perfect Family Stay with Stunning Sea View

Pros: Our family had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Dubai! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which we enjoyed from the balcony every morning. We came on Christmas, and the kids were thrilled about the Christmas tree. We loved the little details and small gifts for kids. The location is fantastic—close to major attractions, restaurants, and the beach, making it perfect for families with kids. The apartment felt safe and welcoming, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and family-friendly stay in Dubai. We would love to come back!
