It was really really great

Pros: The place is really great very central & close to the metro I really enjoyed my stay

Cons: I don’t like the plastic bottles, please if you could add in the water filter that would be great ( least we can do!) Also would be nice to create a WhatsApp group so people can connect to play padel etc

Find your home in Dubai

Pros: Urban excellent fully equipped apartments in one of the most convenient and pleasant locations in Dubai. The staff was really kind and contributed to our excellent experience. The security guard's smile was a very beautiful welcome that filled us with positive energy. We will choose it again on our next visit ✌️

Pros: The Location of the property is perfect to connect with old Dubai and all tourist attraction places. The property is very clean , very organised for a one person or for couple. They have all facilities to enjoy the holidays. Roof top swimming pool is amazing, you can see Bhurj khalifa top from there.

Cons: The apartment I had has a bad smell from the cupboard. Nothing in the apartment, but when you open cupboard was very bed smell. May be previous occupier had used the apartment very badly.

Pros: Mood Living 22 is in an excellent location — close to the Metro, with plenty of local shops and amenities nearby, which made getting around incredibly easy. The building amenities are very good and well maintained. The apartment itself was spotless and well presented. I opted for a balcony room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I had initially been hesitant due to some reviews mentioning damp, but I can honestly say there was no damp at all during my stay. Everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable. A special mention to Maryam, who looked after me — she was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. This property is ideal for both short-term and long-term stays, and I would happily stay here again.

The best budget apartment close to Burdz Khalifa and metro station

Pros: The main thing is very close distamce to metro station around 7 min walk. All you need for your comfy stay ...kicthen washing machine dishwasher ,Smart tv . Very nice modern apartment and you cant beat the price ! It was my last minute change amd I do not regret :)

Cons: Unfortunatelly there is bad smell of mold amd bad view . Mosque is next door so you can hear the prayers. Also sound of buliding site but once you close the door is ok. But this is very common in Dubai so no complain.

Pros: Buiding Facilities , unit interiors very nicely designed. Location is perfect.

Cons: Only vacum cleener not available in unit.

One week stay

Pros: A very good option if you are looking for a budget friendly accomodation to stay for a few weeks. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

Cons: The area was very noisy with construction

A real confort

Pros: I love the fact that I had everything in the appart : oven, microwave, washing machine, gas, ... Also the view is great Confort most of all
