Ultimate Stay / 4 Beds / Burj Khalifa View / Ultra Modern / Business Bay

Nice stay

Pros: All was good, thé view, the proximity with the Dubai Mall Very sad to not spend few days more Perfect for a family

Exceptional

Pros: Everything about my stay at this apartment was exceptional. The apartment was clean, and the furnishings were still brand new and in excellent condition, which really added to the overall comfort and appeal. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with more than enough cutlery and utensils—something I don’t often find in other self-catering units. The location was perfect—Carrefour was conveniently just across the road, and the Burj Khalifa was directly in front of us. For New Year's, this was the ideal spot. I couldn’t have asked for a better view, especially from the comfort of the apartment. It truly made the experience unforgettable.

Cons: Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but there was one aspect that could be improved. The hot water supply was insufficient for more than two people using the bathroom, as the water heater seemed to be quite small. We had to carefully plan our bathroom times to ensure that everyone could enjoy a warm shower or bath. While this didn’t significantly impact our experience, it’s worth noting for future guests.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect for my family! Was very clean and modern. The location was really good close to the main attractions with an amazing view 😍

Cons: Only thing I would suggest is maybe if we can add tissues and more quilts/blankets. Otherwise we loved everything!
