Pros: The construction in the area didn’t bother me at all, inside was quiet. The place was big, within walking distance from the metro. I even had a view to Burj Khalifa. Everything was great.

Pros: It was close to the world trade center and I had more than enough utilities to have a good stay.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nice view from the 8th floor, big balcony, which will be much nicer when the construction nearby ends. Comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen. You'll receive a charge adapter if you've forgotten that Dubai has another socket standard. Close to bus stops and to main attractions. Very good temperature control system, and you can adapt it to the room temperature you like.

Cons: Not enough toiletries for a longer stay. You need to message the host for each specific item to receive more. Please consider that the kitchen appliance for extracting cooking vapor is an absorber and not an aspirator, and you need to switch it on from a button on the opposite wall first.

Pros: The apartment was very conveniently located for my business trip. It is large, bright and clean! Great bed! The kitchen has dishes and a washing machine! The condo security guard kindly provided an electrical adapter! Clear and fast check-in! I am very pleased.

Cons: The person who cleaned the room forgot to clean the sink in the shower.

Good location for exploring Dubai

Pros: Initially booked a studio with balcony, we have requested to change the room, because of the continuous noise, even at night (across the street is a building under construction) and the bad smell coming from the bathroom. We got an upgrade, in the next day, an apartment with 2 bedrooms, on the other side of the building. Thank you for supporting our request. The apartment was very nice, spacious with 2 balcony and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Location was good, 15-20 min to downtown. We rent a car and had a parking space allocated, which it was very convenient.

Cons: The linen and towels in the studio were old and stained. It wasn't the case on the apartment. It shouldn't be such difference, keeping the same stardard of cleaning, regardless on the type of room. The swimming pool is small and right next to it, it was a construction site, so if you are looking to relax, this is not the right place.

Good value for for money

Pros: Excellent venue well kept , there was lots of construction noise , but probably will end soon . bedding was also plasticky which was bit uncomfortable but otherwise good

Pros: Kitchen with all the appliances you need, was great for a medium term stay when I moved to Dubai.

Overall it was very good, pool is small otherwise all good

Pros: It is centrally located which is nearer to sheikh zayed road plus 20 mint to airport .
