Pros: High standard, low price, perfect location - close to The Walk, Marina Mall and Blue Waters

Pros: Cleanliness, staff support on time everything. I would recommend this property for good value of money.

Cons: Parking is congested.

Keep up the excellent service.

Pros: Excellent location, with easy transport to City center near a Tram station and Metro.

Cons: We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The location was excellent. 5 min walk to JBR. The staff was also very responsive. The apartment was cleaned everyday and clean towels were provided. The bedrooms had on suite bathrooms so suitable for three couples.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Any queries sorted out immediately. Apartment cleaned everyday and fresh towels supplied which was a bonus. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Water wasn't always hot and air-conditioning in the 2nd bedroom was erratic owing to lack of control unit.

Pros: Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Samer was extremely friendly and helpful with all our request, thank you very much! The location is perfect

Bad management

Pros: Great location with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep and short walk to the beach. Close to tram station. Rooms were good size.

Cons: Very Bad service on arrival. Cooking utensils adequate but crockery very bad. Few glasses of different sizes, some very tiny. About 4 plates and bowls but some of them very chipped and 1 bowl was actually broken. 2 cups and 2 mugs. We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family of 6 adults. We bought a few disponible cups and plates to get started when we went shopping for some basic things shortly after arrival. When we complained to the management the following day (we had arrived after a long flight and exhausted) we received a very rude message saying \

Pros: perfect location, very large apartment. Very kind and helpful staff

Pros: Perfect location near to JBR beach and on the promenade

Cons: The reception hall

Great sized apartment for bigger family with walking distance to Marina Beach Walk.

Pros: Really liked the size of the apartment, as we travelled with 3 children / teenagers. The kitchen had all we needed, as we also cooked at home. The gym was a great asset, super close to the Marina walk and beach, supermarket and pharmacy in the building, 24 hour friendly reception always ready to help and last but not least Samer our host was very friendly and fast to reply with any questions, if anything was missing or needed within minutes it was supplied or answered upon. It was also great he came to introduce himself during pool time.

Cons: Out of Samer’s hands I fear, but maybe the pool area could use a bit of greenery and refurbishment.
