Pros: The apartment was very spacious, very clean and with it being on the 68th floor, the views were fantastic. Well located with downtown Dubai only 5 minutes away by car/taxi. Very simple check in and check out. Always a friendly face on hand to help with any questions you might have. All round good experience, would definitely recommend.

Sum: good price, good service, not as good upkeep and cleaning - but not very bad, it’s fine.

Pros: The price was good in compare to what we got. The manager was nice and helpful.

Cons: Cleaning could have been better… At lease 3 lights in the room didn’t work, upkeep wasn’t so good. It looks like a place that used to be in high level in the past and has a potential to be better also now. We got a pretty simple welcome in the room (towels exe…), and after we asked to also get a bath mat and some more towels, we got them (like a day later…) including a cleaning of the room that we where told that officially isn’t included in the price and then finally we felt like if they want they can accommodate good.
