Location. Comfort. Service. Value.

Pros: The host was very helpful in communication and accommodating any needs. The space is perfect with 2 rooms. All what you need for a comfortable stay and more was available. Big swimming pool and tennis court and gym. Jbr is a 1 min walking distance, marina lake is 1 min walking distance. Carrefour is across the street. Parking available. One of my best holidays home stays in Dubai.

Cons: Water draining in both bathrooms can be better, it's a bit slow. The kitchen bar is spacious to be used as eating table, because the space can't include a dining table. A big full size mirror can be added as it had become a basic need. Pool and gym closes at 8:30pm which was too early for me. Attention should be paid to the washing machine. It dances freely on the spinning mode 😄

Pros: *The host was very accommodating and friendly. *There is a 24-hour grocery downstairs and The Walk is just a few meters away. *The room faces the pool side. *The whole place is clean and comfortable.

Cons: *The base of the bed in the master bedroom kept falling. *Tissues and garbage linings were not available so it's a good thing we bought our own.
