Pros: Superb location. Beautifully decorated. All the emanities - wifi, iron, washing machine etc.

Cons: Superb location. Problem is finding the place. Confusing especially by car. The main bathroom had a bad drainage smell. I believe this is temporary though, Otherwise, it's a superb apartment with all comfort and practical items included.

A very good balance between price, quality, and location.

Pros: The apartments are located within a large residential complex and have a separate entrance with a concierge/security service at the entrance. The complex also features a 24-hour supermarket and a small but heated swimming pool (we stayed in January and experienced quite a cold period). All the furniture and sanitary fittings are new and of high quality. Another major advantage of these apartments is their excellent location, with close proximity to the promenade and the beach. Dubai Marina is also within easy reach, making it a great option for an evening walk in a beautiful area.

Cons: Kitchenette but no kitchen sink The addition of a comfy chair with a reading light would have been nice A welcome bottle of water would have been nice

Pros: Loved everything, check in was very easy, we had a little problem with the Bathroom and it was solved right away! Staff (Natalia) was available and very kind! The position is also practical ☺️

Perfect JBR stay

Pros: The apartment was a 2 minute walk to the beach at JBR. It was in a fantastic location to explore the surroundings and dine out. A supermarket is located right outside the front of the building which made dining in very easy also. A really modern and clean apartment, which a ridiculously comfy bed, which was well priced for our stay. The staff provided great information on checking in and out, and they also arranged transfers to and from the airport. They were extremely helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking to stay at Dubai JBR.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay and fantastic location My experience at this apartment in Dubai was excellent. The property is ideally located in a vibrant area, yet it remains very quiet and peaceful, offering great comfort for rest and relaxation. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and there are numerous shops and cafés within a 5-minute walk. Food delivery options are also widely available. The apartment is clean, spacious, and modern. It includes a small kitchenette with basic facilities — suitable for reheating meals rather than cooking — as well as a washing machine, coffee machine, and dishes. It’s worth noting that this is not a hotel, so for longer stays (over 7 days), towels and bed linen are not replaced automatically. However, with the washing machine available, this is easy to manage. Overall, this apartment offers excellent comfort and great value for money in a perfect location. I would gladly stay here again.

Pros: The hosts are very reliable and quick to respond to any queries or concerns you might have. Very friendly too! The bed and pillows: very comfortable! The room is cozy and beautifully decorated. Our room gave us a glimpse of the sea as well as the boulevard down the road which we loved walking along. The area is prime, with a lot of restaurants and other hotels in walking distance to go and grab dinner or drinks. You can easily stroll to The Beach and most places are just around (like the Dubai Marina). I would absolutely book with them again if I visit Dubai again.

Pros: Great location host was responsive. Nice bathroom and washing machine was handy

Cons: Could have had some little touches like dish washing liquid and laundry powder but really everything else was great and good value for money

Beach bliss

Pros: The location is the best as it's very close to the beach and lovely restaurants on JBR.

Pros: the hotel was actually very close to every location. a 10 min walk to the beach plus there’s a supermarket below which is super convenient for us.
