Pros: The facilities are vey clean and up to date great apartment for families and groups of girls .The saftey was great access to the apartment very safe .The view is great breathtaking.The balcony the furniturethe Rocking chairs are a 10. Familys with children are welcome here.The host was a great person.Always responding for any questons polite and understanding.He made us feel very welcome with a smooth checkin. Finally lots to do around you...as your in the best location on the JBR.Thank you so much

Pros: The location was great, tricky to find when unfamiliar with area. Lots of space.

Cons: Wasn’t as luxurious as expected from photos online, our apartment was little run down in some rooms especially the bathrooms. Balcony glass was cracked and unclean.

Pros: Proprietatea are un view super pe plaja ..se vede si Ain Dubai..apartamentul este spatios..am incaput 4 adulti si 3 copii…dotat cu tot ce trebuie..balcon frumos,comunicarea cu proprietarul foarte ok..aveam piscina,sala.Ne-am simtit foarte bine

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage!

Pros: Perfekte Lage in der Marina von Dubai. 24/7 Supermarkt direkt vor dem Haus erlaubt unkomplizierten Einkauf für das Frühstück. Extrem gute Auswahl an Restaurants entlang der Strandpromenaden, keine 3min zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurantbesuche mit 5 Personen haben meist nur 80Eur gekostet. Reservierter Parkplatz in der Garage direkt am Eingang zum Gebäude. Ca 30min mit dem Auto zum Burj Khalifa, 15min bis zur The Palm, 90min bis zum Palast nach Abu Dhabi. Super Aussicht vom Balkon.

Cons: Das Haus insgesamt hat schon 15-20 Jahre auf dem Buckel. Das merkt man auch im Appartement. Ein frischer Anstrich hier und da wäre sehr zu empfehlen. Die Küche sollte man erneuern, diese ist sichtlich alt. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck sollte auch erneuert werden. Gelegentlich zog Rauchgeruch über die Zwischendecke im hinteren Bad rein, war immer kurz aber dennoch störend. Der Empfang im P / Pavilion Bereich wird aktuell umgebaut, daher dürften wir über Nebenwege das Haus verlassen, nicht schlimm aber auch nicht schön
