Wonderful apartment — clean and cozy.

Pros: Wonderful apartment — very clean, cozy, and conveniently located. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to the DMCC metro station and about 5 minutes to the beach. There are several supermarkets right next to the building.

Cons: Overall, everything was great. The washing machine is a bit outdated and didn’t always spin properly on every cycle, but it was easily solved by running an extra spin cycle.

Great location, but the accomodation needs an update

Pros: The location is great. It is also a big appartement. Living room and kitchen are great.

Cons: The toilets and showers are very outdated. Really needs to be replaced.

Very comfortable stay near the Jbr beach with children

Pros: Very well-maintained large apartment near the beach and JBR walk. It is best if you are staying with your family and children. The apartment has a fully functional kitchen and two toilets, a plus in this price range. I recommend anyone coming to Dubai and planning to stay near Jbr to live in this apartment for easy access to beach and nearby eateries

Parfait!

Merci Mila!
