Pros: Everything is good and close to the Jbr beach, close to the Dubai Marina, the market as soon as you leave the building, the view is phenomenal and the owner of the apartment is always there for anything, we will come back to this apartment again.

Comfortable stay in a great Marina location with an excellent host

Pros: Great stay overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the Marina location is hard to beat, close to the beach, restaurants, and public transport. The host (Elia) was very friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. Would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again.

Pros: Superhost !!!! Hervorragende Lage. Tolle Ausstattung. Sehr hilfreicher Vermieter. Nicht, wie oft in Dubai durch einen nicht motivierten Makler, sondern direkt vom Besitzer verwaltet. Tiefgarage vorhanden mit schnellen Zugang zur Wohnung. Toller Balkon. 5 min bis zum Strand, 1 min zum Marina
