Seaview Elegance! 1-Bedroom Retreat in Marina Promenade

Excellent value for money

Pros: Great location and super friendly host. Apartment is nice, everything was functional and I found everything I needed available. The building has superb amenities though I didn’t get to use all of them.

Great place with some drawbacks

Pros: Outstanding location, 2 grocery stores 20 meters away, 10 min walk to Marina and beach. Clean, quiet. Nice view of sea and the street.

Cons: Very little of shampoo, body wash gel. No hair conditioner. No hand soap. Half a roll of paper towels. Very dirty bathroom mat. Insulation strip in the fridge falls off every time you open the door. Coffee machine is not working, no matter how hard I tried to position the coffee pod. That might explain the abundance of coffee pods. A/c system does not work for heat, even if you switch to it. No matter which mode you run, it blows ice-cold air. Then only way to get the room warm is to turn it off.

Bra lägenhet med bra läge

Pros: Bra läge nära marinan och ganska nära metron. Bra badstrand i Marinan. Ganska långt till Burj Khalifa och Dubai Mall men inga problem via metron. Skönt att inte bo mitt i centrum utan i ett lugnare område.

Pros: Anar was 10/10 and dare I say, even above. He was very prompt with the requests I raised and made my stay feel very comfortable. The apartment is in an Emaar Building, which are above average in terms of quality. Location-wise, it doesn't get any better.

Cons: I would have given the place a 10/10 if the bathrooms would've been better maintained. I know that some of the buildings in the are are not that new and with age come some perks. However my concerns could've been addressed before arrival by the cleaners. And my second concern, which is related to building management - heating was turned off at building level through the AC. I guess this isn't usually an issue in Dubai, but with the rainy days it would've been nice to have things a bit warmer. All in all, I would most certainly stay here again.

Pros: Удобное расположение. Внимательное отношение, готовность помочь, доброжелательность менеджера по размещению.В квартире есть все и даже больше, от самоката до бытовой химии. Интересные книги и миллион русских каналов шли приятным бонусом. До моря 10 минут, внизу магазин и набережная Марины. Согласовали поздний выезд тоже приятно.

Pros: V prvom rade chceme strašne poďakovať prenajímateľovi ktorý nás aj pri našom neskorom a ešte meškajúcom lete a príchode o 01:00 v noci prišiel osobne privítať a čakal nás na recepcii.Osobne nás odprevadil do apartmánu a vysvetlil potrebné veci,apartmán má strašne dobrú polohu v srdci Dubai Marina,vsade máte v podstate blízko.Vybavenie apartmánu bolo perfektné a naozaj nám nič nechýbalo,bol krásne svetlý a perfektne čistý,balkónom s krásnym hojdacim kreslom na ktorom sme strávili každý večer.V Dubaji sme boli už 8 krát ale tento apartmán bol náš Top.No najviac vďaka majiteľom ktorý nás osobne pár krát kontaktoval či je všetko v poriadku alebo či nepotrebujeme si dať v priebehu pobytu dať vyčistiť apartmán,ale nakoniec nás pri našom odchode osobne navštívil a dokonca sme dostali od nich aj poďakovanie za naše využitie apartmánu.Toto sa nám v Dubaji nikdy nestalo.Vrelo odporúčame ďalším a milé radi sa sem aj my radi vrátime.
