Frank Porter - Beauport

Pros: Great location, walking distance to places I wanted to go.

Cons: Struggling with opening the door. Arrived late and had to call many times until someone answered, even is mentioned on booking 24/7 assistance. Had to install an application, adding many codes to be able to open the door. If guests doesn't have local phone number will cost a lot of money to be able to fix all of those. I like Frank Porter, booked several times, is the first time I faced those problems. Suggest to find a better way for less stress to guests, especially when arrive at night. Regards.

Pros: Property was great easy to get into and clean and great location

Spacious Marina apartment

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment at the Marina. The location is great for taking a walk at night and close to shops,tram and the public beach. Check-in was fairly easy. Well equipped kitchen. Pool is quiet and water temperature perfect. There's also a gym on site

Cons: The photos of the apartment can be slightly misleading/old and needs to be updated. The sun does not ever catch the balcony as the photos depict. Might be difficult getting a taxi to the apartment as there's alot of traffic Marina side

A comfortable apartment in a excellent location.

Pros: The location was great, the apartment spacious and comfortable

Cons: Communication was a little challenging. The building reception highlighted that my details were not shared with them and it took several messages and phone calls to ensure it was done so I could check in. Small elements like coffee capsules and dishwashing pills for one or two days would have been very welcome (a small service that would have went a long way)
