Breathtaking Sea and Palm View Spacious Studio with Vibrant Vibes in JBR By SWEET HOMES

Pros: The apartment was quite nice with a good view towards the Gulf. Even if there were some issues, the admin solved them quite fast and they were also very polite.

Cons: Some of the furniture (kitchen cabinets mainly) and amenities need probably replacement Access to beach was not very easy and no private beach as it is written in the description \

Having everything you could need including amazing views for reasonable cost

Pros: I loved the community and having everything in a reach. I love the views from the apartment and its location to the JBR and Marina.

Cons: N/A

Pros: Delay for 3 hours waiting. No response from the designated party for communication which caused further delay. Thanks for booking team which gaves unlimited support.

Cons: The owner or the designated team who supposed to handover the key was providing very slow response and not responding properly. Additionally, the apartment was not as clean as it supposed to be, in term of bed sheet and toilet found hairs was left over.

Good location

Pros: The location is great and the apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and public beach.

Cons: *The taxi driver had a lot of trouble finding the place with the instructions provided. *The Kitchen could be better equipped as there was no sharp knives, cutting board, tea towel or oven mitts etc. *The pool only has 10 lounges available for guests so if you are not lucky, you miss out, even though there are other empty lounges that are reserved for a “Hotel” which you cannot use. *There are no instructions for hot water so we had to have cold showers on the first day.

top

Pros: Geen geluidsoverlast ! Heerlijk uitzicht en fijn apartement qua faciliteiten met oa netflix en relaxte stoelen/bank.

Cons: Een aparte borgbetaling (maar wel netjes terug gehad) / geen vaatwasser

Pros: It was a great and peaceful stay. The apartment was very clean and the staffs were good too.

Pros: موقع الشقه ممتاز وفي منطقه الجي بي ار كل شي جنبي واقدر اروح واجي مشي والبحر قريب والبلكونه اطلالتها رائعه

Pros: Great location, a wonderful view from the room, and a lovely balcony. Several grocery stores are within walking distance, and it’s only a 10–15 minute walk to the beach. The host is excellent and very responsive, explains everything clearly, and replies quickly. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back.

Pros: Velmi pěkný čistý a prostorný apartmán, možnost vstupu do dvou bazénů. Apartmán je dobře vybavený. Je v 16 patře, klidné a bezpečné prostředí. Vstup do apartmánu je možný kdykoliv díky dálkovému check-in a recepci 24 hod. Hned před domem jsou dva velké obchody kde mají i hotová jídla a moc dobrou pizzu, restaurace, lékárna. Veřejná pláž je 12 min. chůze po krásné ulici The Walk.

Pros: locatie was top. precies onder het gebouw 2 supermarkten helemaal top. klein balkon was ook heel erg fijn! mooi uitzicht, zie foto

Cons: ik hou zelf niet van een douche in het bad maar het was zeker geen ramp
