Pros: Excellent apartment with a fountain view. Connected with Dubai mall and has supermarket on ground floor. My concierge Adeel was helpful with everything

Amazing views to Burj Khalifa & perfect for a big family gathering

Pros: View from the balcony is amazing! Burj Khalifa & fountain show. Rooms were nice, good location. Very near to the Dubai Mall, don't have to go outside, it's connected.

Cons: Rooms were a bit old and didn't have a practical use. Kitchen was ok but there wasn't any things to use like sponges and washing machine tablets. We had a baby cot but without mattress so that was useless. Getting in to the apartment was too difficult.

Best location in downtown with great views

Pros: Great location, great staff especially Naveen that was very calm and nice, and waited a lot for us to organize, also cleaning staff, I forgot my bag and they informed immediately. Tunel connecting to burj Kalifa, wonderful views

Cons: Ac has some leakage in the kitchen, microwave not working, needs some repainting and some maintenance, tv only in living room, no dishwasher capsule, or detergent or other stuff Like garbage bags, etc and very complicated to start cooking suface

A lovely apartment close to the Mall

Pros: A nice apartment opposite the Burj Khalifa- amazing view from the 56th floor! The apartment is very spacious. The rooms are all generous and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The complex gym is very good, and the pool is also very nice. The building is connected to the link bridge, which connects you straight to the Dubai Mall. 7 to 10 min air-conditioned walk to the Mall - which was much enjoyed in July! Host was very helpful and attentive.

Cons: Would not stop me from recommending, but some parts of the apartment look tired - bathrooms/kitchen/main bedroom wardrobe. A poor reno job on some of the skirting boards. Still, all clean and functional.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay – the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. Mr. Naween, who welcomed us at the property, was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this place!

Pros: The stay in the apartment was exceptional. The most fascinating thing is the view, which is truly magnificent. The location is excellent, the tunnel to Dubai Mall and the Metro makes walking easier, as it is above the road and air-conditioned. The supermarket is right next to the building, the pool is refreshing. Comfortable rooms and beds, cosy living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. Everything was excellent, maybe the furniture and the equipment in the bathroom could be refreshed a little.
