Pros: I had one of my best trips to Dubai staying at the KOYO apartment in JBR. The apartment is very secure and soundproof, ensuring peaceful nights. Perfectly located just 3 minutes from the beach and close to the shops on JBR Walk. The beds are very comfortable. The host is very friendly and responds very quickly. Highly recommend!

lovely apartment, would stay again.

Pros: The location was excellent. Next to all of the stores on the JBR walk. The host communicated really well and promptly and met all of our extra requests.

Cons: The towels provided smelled a bit damp. The babies cot didn't have a mattress so it was a little uncomfortable.

KOYO Apartment is the Destination to stay in Dubai.

Pros: The Apartment is Beautiful, Amazingly furnished, Smartly operated. Right next to JBR Beach and close proximity to everything you will ever need to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Dubai. The facilities around the apartment are more than you can ask in a perfect environment. The Host is Amazingly helpful, Kind and Courteous. He made sure that we have the best experience in every aspect. My family felt like home, and that is the best feeling I target on a vacation. KOYO apartment will be our first choice next time we plan to stay in Dubai.

Cons: Nothing to complain
