Pros: Location. The host (Mahmood) is fantastic and great asset for his employer.

Cons: Apartment 5304 was in an aged condition with significant wear and tear, requiring major renovation and complete replacement of furniture. They need to invest in hygiene and be more generous with supplies

Pros: My experience renting this apartment with my family was outstanding in every aspect. At first, I was uncertain whether to choose a hotel or an apartment, especially since it was my first visit to Dubai. I was slightly hesitant after reading some reviews, as they don’t always reflect the real experience. However, once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos — spacious, clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable for a family stay. Its location is exceptional, with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain, which truly enhanced our stay. The apartment owners were very professional, responsive, and supportive throughout our stay. They welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly. I would honestly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubai, especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and an excellent location.

Cons: Only the pillow is large and not comfortable to sleep.

Wonderful stay with an amazing view and a very attentive host.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. The Burj Khalifa and fountain view was stunning, especially in the evenings. The location was perfect for Downtown Dubai. Mahmud was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth from check-in to check-out.

Cons: Nothing major. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa. A special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud, who was always kind, helpful, and professional. He was very supportive whenever we needed anything. When I mentioned that my two daughters had just graduated, he surprised them with a small and thoughtful gift that made them both very happy. It was such a kind and heartwarming gesture that we truly appreciated.

Pros: It was exceptional. We felt you could reach out and touch the Burj Khalifa. Mahmud was there to greet us when we arrived and was easy to contact prior to our arrival. He was a gentleman and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Cons: We struggled with operating the air conditioning. We couldn't turn it down

Best view experience during my whole life (at floor 53)

Pros: I enjoy the view of Burj Kalifa and fountains. It is the best place to stay while visiting Dubai. The 3 big balconies give you the perfect view of the city. Mahmud was our assistant during the whole stay, a very kind person and ready to guide us during the whole trip.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Perfect Location, near Dubai Mall, with passage acces to the mall. Included parking Excellent views from level 53.

Amazing Amazing Views.

Pros: The view was just our of this world, See images attached.. The pictures of the apartment don't really do it justice as it's massive, great for our party of 7. The bunk bed room is smaller than the image shows, The Burji Tower 1 is amazing, it is pristine, In that context our room is a little tired in places, which is understandable being a rental, it far exceeded our expectations. Mr Adheel, our host, was contactable at any time and was able to assist with any questions or requests for us promptly. The view, the view, the view. Unbelievable. The hotel connections to the Dubai Mall and Dubai Metro was a bonus with air conditioning walk ways.

Cons: Nothing....
