Great area to live with average room cleaning inside the hotel

Pros: The location of the apartment is great, it’s decent family area around as well as very neat and clean. You feel like home.

Cons: The apartments are not clean as it should be or pictures are shown. There are cockroaches and bathrooms are smelly dirty and broken! We had to change the apartment bcz it was not clean even next we got was a bir better but not up to standard!

This is my 1st stay at park hotel. it was very nice and reception guy very nice and very helpful an.

Pros: The staff is very nice and helpful. Room is so comfortable and for me very easy to come at all the time also valu for the money.

Cons: There is tea coffee is not available in the room. Also washroom wc padle been to rusty. Rest all are very nice....

Worth it

Pros: The best part is the vibrant and active neighborhood. The pillows were very soft.

Cons: The tea at the cafe runs out very fast. It's not even available at 8 in the evening.

Highly recommended.. nice room and location is perfect

My Best Place for stay...

Pros: Park Side Hotel Apartment was really good for me. I like peace atmosphere around the hotel for chanting. .. Cleanliness of the hotel. Staff seating at the reception Mr Sohad . He was extremely good. Mr Darren was also cooperative and supportive. Manager was very polite and understanding person. Whole staff in cleanliness , technician and other supported staff was extremely good. I like the way they supported to me.. I would like to stay here again for a month at least if they will little bit improve their more services. Will explain in my detailed mail. Staff were really good.. Please note this... Cons: Ah... I don't like few things in the hotel and these are my suggestions and recommendations because customer is prime priority of the Hotel.. Right so if customer services would be good then their satisfaction would also be good for further personal business of hotel.. So here is few suggestions and recommendations . If person stays for one day then person will pay for one day but it obviously.. Right and respective person will also get same facilities of the day.. But if person stays for more than one day let's say one week then person should get one week facilities. But obviously.. Person will pay higher amount and will deserve for higher facilities... 1. Water bottles should be provided at least two every day.. As in Dubai everybody does this.. Please confirm.... For one day two water bottles... 2. Tea and coffee material should and must be provided.. If you have cafe and restaurant that does not mean hotel will stop all these material.. So they should see all these priority things in the hotel. It's very small thing for extreme hotel reputation... Please look into this matter very seriously.. 3. Utensils must be provided in a good manner for apartment and studio too.. Special note On request I got and received each and every thing but for next visit , I please suggest that kindly look into this matter very seriously as this is main motto for the customer satisfaction and excellent growth and good business for the hotel... Pros: Location was great. It was conveniently located near metro station. Room size is big and cofortable with wide balcony. Staff has been very co-operative and courteous

Cons: Entertainment (TV) - only 3-4 channels available. very few utensils in kitchen so dont expect you can cook a complete meal.
