The Staff make this Hotel worth visiting

Pros: I would have normally rated this Hotel more as a 7 because of the rooms which are in my opinion , in need of some renovation , however the staff more than make up for this and deserve a 10 , Friendly welcome from the reception staff who were always on hand to respond to our enquiries , in particular I would like to single out our house keeper Naco Las Sat who went above and beyond , always smiling and friendly , she ensured an impeccable service , our room was always really well made up and the thoughtful little extras like the towel formed in to the shape of a swan on the bed were so appreciated , Thanks you Naco. The location on the marina is also excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast and pool.

Cons: The rooms are looking a little old now and could benefit from some modernisation , some cupboard doors did not close properly and the terrace door also did not close properly allowing the noise from outside to disturb us , the bathroom tiles and grouting also need to be replaced or renovated

Pros: Perfect location. Staff were lovely. Facilities in the room and building were great. Parking was easily accessible.

Cons: Water was cold for the duration of my stay.

I found it beautiful, clean, airy, and quiet. I slept 10 hours a night. Thank you.

Pros: I found it quiet, clean, and airy, so I initially planned to stay one night, but it ended up making me want to stay another night.

Cons: I didn't like it and felt quite uncomfortable having dinner tonight... (I'm still eating and haven't finished yet) with two people taking turns asking me if I'm finished or if I want more... I wanted to clear my plate.Or perhaps they wanted to subtly get rid of the customer. I wanted to eat something more, but I wasn't in a good mood, so I went back to my room.

Pros: Very pleasant stay :) comfortable beds, clean room and good amenities. Stuff were really helpful.

Pros: The location is excellent, very quiet and clean. The staff’s attitude was outstanding and very professional. I would like to specially thank Mr. Yousry, Ms. Pann, and Mr. Nihan. They are extremely professional and handled everything with great courtesy and respect. Their excellent service is the main reason I will definitely return again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Amazing view of Dubai Marina, large apartment, comfy bed and very practical space, sweeping balcony!

Pros: Very large apartment with the most amazing views of Dubai Marina. We got the apartment on the top floor and it was perfect. Hotel staff were very friendly, and when we needed to extend our stay they were able to get us in the same room. Bed was large and comfortable. Large sweeping balcony across lounge and main bedroom. Overall this place was fantastic. Bonus was pool and lounging area which was nice too. Location about 20mins walk to the waterfront of Dubai marina. Its an older style apartment so everything isn't in perfect condition, but overall it was clean and felt luxurious still.

Cons: No cleaning or dish cleaning supplies, they have room service but it would be nice to be able to clean your own dishes and be self sufficient there, as after all there is a large kitchen to use.
