Pros: Exellent location, big and clean rooms, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast.

Pros: Location perfect. The apartment is big and clean. The beds very comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast tasty, the wide option of the selections.

Apartment, staff, location and breakfast were amazing, would recommend and will definitely book to stay here again

Pros: Perfect location, close to a beautiful beach (5mn nice walk), restaurants, shops, citymarket just down the building. Quite away from Dubai cultural and business center (30 to 50mn depending on traffic), but it hasn't been an issue with the tram and all the taxis. Quiet rooms, except the parachute plane taking off in the morning. All the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful (thanks, Kalim, Emram and Fiacre!). I'd choose this place again.

Cons: The flats and the furniture are a bit old.

Perfect stay!

Pros: Excellent apartment in perfect location. We had free upgrade to 154sqm apartment with 3 bedrooms and sea view. We also had free earlier check in and later check out which is amazing. Very kind staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Separate bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with refridgerator, dishwasher and also washing mashine. Every room with separate air conditioning. Few minutes walk to the nice sandy beach. At the plaza there is also a shop 24/7 where you can buy everything you need. Hard to find negatives. Thank you very much.

Cons: Good but very monotonous breakfast. Every day completely the same food. After few days you want to go eat somewhere else. We had breakfast included in price so we cant really complaint about it.

Pros: The apartment is big and clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Marisol, Rakib, Alana and Penia checked everyday if we are happy with everything and if we need anything. Bottles of water are supplied everyday.

Amazing place to reset mind near the beach. The workshop become a relax for engineers .

We had a fantastic time as the apartment offers everything for comfort and location. Bonus=staff

Pros: Initially, I booked a large family apartment - shortly before check-in, I received an offer to upgrade to one with seaside view. We were in the 20th floor - spectacular views from every room!

Cons: No complains as such. There were few glasses and cutlery for 6 adults. But we asked to get more and they were delivered at the spot.

Perfect blend of spacious luxury and prime location, a big thumbs up.

Pros: The apartments are incredibly spacious, giving everyone enough room to breathe without tripping over suitcases. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of JBR with easy access to the beach, shops, and dining. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff; they made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. A big shout out to Ramjan and Sobit for the phenomenal house keeping services. Superb Views, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated. We’re already planning our return!

Pros: Very spacious lovely apartment. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special mention to the housekeeping staff Arun and Ujjal who did an amazing job and kept everything spotlessly clean. Great location too. Will return.
