I like the hotel highly recommended and I will comeback again at this hotel

Pros: I like the room it’s clean and very comfortable , I love the Ambiance.

Cons: Nothing all is good

Pros: The room is very clean and organized, staff very kind and approachable. They intertained well and they are giving good customer service.

Cons: The rooms are all good. Everything you want to cook west zone.supermarket is very near.

Pros: Mikey the best receptionist with good costumer service really i comeback to the hotel because of her good behavior thank you mikey

Cons: I was not having Passport nor ID since my company was in process of making ID , Initially Mr. Vijay reception demined to accept based on Passport with softy Copy and insisted on returned the Booking amount without enquiring with senior staff not willing to listen me, as i expressed that i was staying in ICON DELUX with Softy Copy itself. But Mr. Vijay says as per Municipality rule he cant except my booking leaning to end less discussion and making me stranded for a while. Mr.Vijay needs to be upgraded , training and instead of stern decision he was arguing. I will surely come with my family very Soon

Pros: Excellent staff...Mikee and Mr Mohammad were very helpful..very courteous.... Very Clean, well located. reasonable gym, comfortable rooms, spacious. Theor cooling system is excellent...

Pros: The Staff were very helpful and patient (especially with my father, who is old and always in a hurry) Thanks for fixing the TV Channel issue. I would like to thank Mikee, Hemang and Bijay for their exceptional service. I have stayed here a total of 3 times now, this is a good place for families on a budget. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Cons: AC in the Hall (2nd bedroom needs to be better) It was really nice and comfortable in the primary bed room but not in the 2nd Bedroom, the staff tried to fix it 3 times but they could not. We were only there for 2 days, so we gave up on the AC.

Pros: The reception staff MR HEMANG upgrade my reservation to very nice room i like it and good behevior on costumer service i will be back of corse thank you
