Tulip Al Barsha Hotel Apartment

Comfortable,clean

Pros: My favorite place to stay in Al Barsha, by far. Apartments are equipped with everything that is needed for comfort life. Tulip Al Barsha is also way more quiet than most al barsha hoters or apartments, building has good soundproofing. The staff is very helpful and always available. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I will definitely come back again

Lovely place

Pros: Staff great very friendly, room large and comfortable. Very close to the mall of the Emirates and good food.

Cons: View was of next building but not a problem, pool is small with only 4 sunbeds.

Pros: Great location, near Emirates mall and metro station.

Cons: Poor wall insulation, you can hear voices in hole. If you are in first floor you can hear the phone ringing and voices from reception.

Pros: We stayed here for almost 6 months from June to November and it was the most comfortable place I'd ever been in. It got pricier towards December so we had to move, but we would've stayed if we could. The housekeeping staff on the 6th floor were very alert to what we needed when it came to cleaning. The people in reception were also always very helpful towards our requests. The rooms had all the amenities we needed and there were a sauna and swimming pool we used constantly. Overall, it was wonderful.

Cons: The only thing I found inconvenient was how if one person took a hot bath in the tub, it would take about 3 hours before the water would turn hot again, and even then, it could still run out.

Pros: It's not my first stay at this facility, so I'm a returning client for a reason. Many times I was upgraded to a 1BR instead of studio, which is great. The rooms are big, and there's plenty of space everywhere. The location is top. Very close to the Mall of the Emirates/metro/bus. The rooms are cleaned daily, so the service and the location is great.

Cons: When the pricing is fair it's a great value for money, but many time I noticed that the rate is high.

Pros: I would like to extend my deep appreciation to the staff at the reception night and day time who made our stay really great. Also my deep appreciation to the hidden department (HOUSEKEEPING) which was taking so much care of the cleanliness and also keeping the highest quality of safety & hygiene at the hotel. Really thanks to all of each one of you.

Pros: Location is excellent, staff friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean. Really wonderful.

Pros: We’ve stayed at Tulip before, and it was perfect — the place was very clean, the furniture was nice, and the location was great, just a short distance from Mall of the Emirates. The cleaning staff and reception team were also very kind and welcoming.

Cons: this time, our room faced another nearby building from the side, so there was no natural light at all. We also felt our privacy was compromised because the neighbouring windows were very close, which made us keep the curtains closed the entire time. I recommend making sure your room has an open view when booking. Unfortunately, the receptionist was also quite unhelpful during our stay.
