Amazing hotel with grate amenities and shining clean, staff was also very helpful.

Pros: Really nice place with all the amenities available

Cons: The only thing that I can find is the central heating. You couldn’t choose a temperature on your own for the room

Pros: The stuff very kind , willing to assist and helpful. Niam on the reception was very professional!! The location was very very nice, near to the metro and the Mall of the Emirates. Big apartment, with lots of spaces for families

Cons: The furniture was very old, smelling mold. All the apartment seemed to be very old. Needs renovation. Moreover, despite the fact that we were a family of four with two children they kept leaving us only two towels every day and they were bringing more only if we called. Finally there was a kitchen but there wasn't anything there to wash dishes. So the first day i left them unwashed. The next day they came for cleaning but they didn't wash them. So there was no option except of buying some soap.
