Thank you Mustafa for looking after me and my family. You are the reason our trip became so special.

Pros: The hospitality, the service, the breakfast and kids facilities. We loved the balcony and had a great view of the canal and skyscrapers, all thanks to Mostafa, the hotel manager for arranging a last minute apartment for us due to my health condition.

Pros: Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, excellent customer service.

Cons: The view from the balcony was not as described. But you can see part of Burj Khalifa.

Pros: Hotel staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. They go all the way to make sure guest gets what he needs and he is comfortable. We had nice services apartment with full facilities and comfort. There is a walking area on side of canal with nice view.

Cons: One minus is highway passing not far from building and the noise can be heard inside the room. May be better windows can reduce this.

Perfect business accommodation.

Pros: An excellent hotel for business travel. Effeciency, convenience, hassle free. The location is very convenient, and the entire operation runs with impressive efficiency. My room was spotless, and the breakfast was extremely satisfying—a great way to start the day. A special thanks to Mostafa, Shekmari Hafiz, and their team, who operate like a well-oiled machine. Highly recommended

Can definitely recommend.

Pros: Almost everything from facilities and staff which been attending the room was top notch. Special thanks to house keeping staff and Murdy in reception.

Cons: Managing hot and cold water in shower can be challenging, finding correct position of the tap which gives you mild temperature is almost impossible.

Pros: Breakfast at the Babati lounge was amazing (take the Arab one). Thanks to Raami for this Location was super easy.. close to the mall and a short ride to the airport. Mustafa and his team helped us immediately with all we needed.

Cons: WI FI was not working :(
