Pros: A spacious, cozy apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. A 24/7 supermarket is just five minutes away, as well as access to the promenade, and there is also a view of the fountains from the balcony. Thank you — we enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Unfortunately, the pedestrian bridge from the promenade was closed during our stay, but this has nothing to do with the apartment. Instead, we enjoyed walking around the Dubai Opera area.

Cosy, home away from home.

Pros: We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The communication and check is process was straight forward and stress free. Even the reception/security staff were lovely. The location was fantastic and very accessible to Dubai Mall, surrounding areas and highways. Highly recommend for a family stay. We weren’t able to check out the pool but the gym facilities were decent as well. Thank you to Javed from First Class for his hospitable welcoming. Ps. The Dubai Fountains never get old, no matter how many times you watch it from the window.

Cons: Nothing. I only have one suggestion to keep some dishwashing utensils on hand.

Great Stay. relaxed and spacious. Stayed with my Family of 4 .

Pros: Great Location. Access to the Dubai Fountains and Dubai Mall directly from the complex . Best part is could see the Fountain show and the light show on the Burj every 30min or so ..in the evenings. The fine dinning places in TIME OUT is just a 3 min walk .

Cons: No house keeping on daily basis.

Pros: Byliśmy z żoną i dwójką dzieci. Bardzo blisko fontann. Piękny widok. Mieszkanie z dwiema sypialniami. Wygodnie i czysto. Sklep spożywczy na dole w budynku. Parking w podziemiach więc warto wynająć samochód. Basen i siłownia w budynku. Wszędzie blisko. Od początku zastanawialiśmy się czy wsiąść drożej i bliżej i się opłaciło.
