Radisson Blu Residence

Pros: We stayed for 7 nights and 8 days and were allocated one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Marina Mall. Having a supermarket right across from the hotel is also a big advantage. The staff were all very helpful, especially Sahail, Piumsiri, Churamani, and Arpan. They were incredibly kind and attentive to my 1.5-year-old son, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Special thanks to them for their kindness and support.”

Will stay again!

Pros: Excellent customer service. I felt very look after by all staff during my stay. The breakfast was excellent!

Awesome Stay

Pros: The staff were super kind and friendly. The apartment was very spacious and clean, and it has 2 bathrooms along with a small restroom beside the entrance. The room service were super quick when we requested additional things to the room. There are always car parkings available in the hotel.

Cons: Some of the curtains are old, so they might break a bit when sliding them to open or close. The balcony was very nice and big, but it was missing more seating area, as well as that the lights in it weren't working.

4 out of 5

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful Comfortable Location

Cons: owner needs to replace the carpet Food - it would be good if it has buffet options , repetitive breakfast options and needs to keep waiting for order is frustrating

Pros: Excellent staff very friendly and super helpful Great location Rooms are a nice size with everything you need

Cons: Huge construction site next to the building that we were not told about when booking. Start up at 7am and super loud. Shower was very small Breakfast not a great option especially with young kids

Pleasant and relaxing

Pros: Good space for a family and the location is well connected to Metro station and to nice JBR Beach

Cons: Works on-going and a few issues with my shower in the room. During the night you cant open any window because is noisy due to distance from main street
